Email support@osteon.app and a human will reply, usually within one business day. That address reaches us for everything — billing, account access, refunds, and content corrections.
If you're writing about a charge, include the email address on the account so we can find it.
Cancelling. Open your account page and choose Cancel, or email us. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access through the end of the term you've already paid for. Changed your mind? The same page has a Resume button until the term runs out — resuming keeps your existing billing date and charges nothing.
During a free trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and nothing is charged.
Refunds. Terms already begun are generally non-refundable — the trial is there so you can evaluate Osteon first. If you were charged unexpectedly or something went wrong, email us and we'll make it right.
Changing plans. Open your account page and pick a term under Change plan. It changes the subscription you already have — don't buy again from the plans page, that would start a second one.
Longer terms take effect immediately: the unused part of your current term is credited against the new price and you pay the difference that day.
Shorter terms start at your next renewal. Nothing is charged now, the term you've already paid for runs out first, and your account page shows the exact date the new plan begins — with a way to drop the change any time before it happens.
If you've cancelled. Resume the subscription before changing plan. Doing both at once makes Stripe bill the next period on the spot, so we don't allow it.
Osteon uses Google sign-in, so there is no separate password. If you can't get in, check you're using the same Google account you signed up with — a different account creates a separate profile with its own progress.
Your progress syncs across devices automatically. To export or delete your data, email us.
Every question has a flag button while you're signed in — use it and the question goes into our review queue with the context attached. That's the fastest way to get a correction made. You can also email us.
